Change is the only constant

This weekend I realized that change is the only constant thing in my life right now. I know that seems unnatural to say since many people don’t embrace constant change in their life that well, but I do. I love trying new things and meeting new people, and blogging has helped me do just that! You may have noticed that I pretty much revamped my entire blog, on my own I should add, to compliment the change in direction my life has recently taken. I want Lessons with A to be more than just a place where I share outfit photos and recent updates, but a place where I can truly be myself. I want to inspire and be inspired by the blogging community, and share life lessons that I have encountered over the duration of my life.
On Friday I drove to Charlotte to see my two very best friends, Melissa and Caitlin. The weekend was filled with laughter, tears, and lots of apartment shopping! I am so thankful for the time we were able to spend together, and I cannot wait to be only minutes away from seeing them whenever I want (cough Caitlin cough).
Charlotte definitely stole my heart this weekend!
Actually, I just woke up one day and decided I didn’t want to feel like that anymore, or ever again.
So I changed. Just like that.

  2. Hopefully you can rub off on me! I love this post and everything said in it. The quote at the bottom is definitely my favorite. I'm happy for you and your change.
